About The Role

Due to ongoing demand, ChoiceOne is seeking a HR Graduate to join our Public Sector Recruitment Advisor y team.

Our team delivers leading recruitment solutions to state government departments, guiding them through each stage of their selection processes. In this role, as you develop your skills and build experience you will:
  • Manage/Handle the job process from beginning to end including shortlisting, attending interviews, referee checks and candidate feedback.
  • Design and facilitate assessment and selection processes, including interviews and written tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing expert advice and exceptional service.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes align with State Government regulations and internal policies.
  • Accurately manage all recruitment-related documentation and maintain up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Key Attributes required
As a HR Graduate you will be ideally suited if you can display;
  • A level of maturity that will allow you to communicate and articulate yourself to a wide ranging seniority client portfolio
  • A clear and concise writing style that will allow you to compose written summary reports for presentation to our clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make consistent, fact-based decisions and community them effectively
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills
  • Proactive with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and meet deadlines
