HR Truck Driver – Waste & Recycling
Are you looking to start your career at a local council in the waste department? ChoiceOne are seeking reliable Truck Drivers to join the Waste Division, north of the river. This is a hands-on role with variety, responsibility, and the potential to go permanent. No experience required, just a positive attitude, willing to learn and grow within the council.

- Oversee day-to-day recycling centre operations
- Conduct cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
- Service and replace council bins across public areas
- Complete timesheets, inspection reports, and vehicle logbooks
- Report faults, defects, and maintenance requirements
- HR driver’s licence and reliable transport
- White Card
- National Police Check or willing to obtain
- Must be able to pass and drug and alcohol screening
- Team player, willing to learn and positive attitude
