HR Advisor

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join their collaborative and people-focused team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong HR generalist who can hit the ground running and provide hands-on support to the HR Manager across the business. About the Company:

About the Role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide HR and ER advice on staff-related matters across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the HR Manager with project improvement initiatives and implementation

  • Assisting across the full employee lifecycle, including:

    • Employee onboarding and engagement

    • Industrial relations and contractual management

    • Policy and procedure development and management

    • Remuneration, benefits, and rewards

    • Engagement and retention initiatives

    • Employee offboarding and outplacement

    • HR reporting

  • General HR administration as required

  • Travel to sites to support HR initiatives and stakeholders

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR (degree or diploma)
  • Solid HR generalist experience with a strong understanding of IR legislation

  • Experience conducting employee relations investigations (with guidance from the HR Manager)

  • Excellent communication skills with a diplomatic and professional approach

  • Strong organisational and task prioritisation skills

  • A collaborative, team-first mindset

  • The ability and willingness to travel to sites as required
