About the Role
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a true generalist position offering both operational involvement and exposure to HR projects and improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing practical HR and Employee Relations advice to managers and staff
- Supporting industrial relations matters and ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation and relevant awards
- Assisting with investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Managing onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Supporting remuneration reviews and reward programs
- Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Contributing to HR reporting and workforce analytics
- Assisting with offboarding and workforce transitions
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Occasional travel to operational sites as required
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a dipolama in HR
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor capacity
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations
- Experience managing employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills with a balanced, diplomatic approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to travel to sites when required
- Competitive salary packages up to 135K + Super (depending on experience)
