Your Day Might Look Like This:
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes—from job ads to onboarding
  • Facilitating smooth and welcoming induction experiences for new hires
  • Coordinating training sessions and ensuring compliance records are up to date
  • Collaborating on HR initiatives and projects to streamline systems and uplift employee experience
  • Supporting a workplace culture where people feel valued, heard, and supported

What you bring to the table:
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • A passion for continuous improvement and workforce development
  • Confidence in building relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong systems skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude aligned with our values
  • Current WA Driver’s Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
