Your Day Might Look Like This:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes—from job ads to onboarding
- Facilitating smooth and welcoming induction experiences for new hires
- Coordinating training sessions and ensuring compliance records are up to date
- Collaborating on HR initiatives and projects to streamline systems and uplift employee experience
- Supporting a workplace culture where people feel valued, heard, and supported
What you bring to the table:
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role
- A passion for continuous improvement and workforce development
- Confidence in building relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Strong systems skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude aligned with our values
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
