ChoiceOne is currently seeking a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join a local government workshop based south of the river.
This role offers full-time hours, a 9-day fortnight, overtime rates, and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

- Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance on a varied fleet of vehicles, trucks and small plant equipment
- Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Work independently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
- Monday to Friday roster with a 9-day fortnight
- Australian recognised Heavy Diesel Mechanical qualification
- Experience maintaining fleet vehicles and/or plant equipment
- White Card
- HR Licence (desirable)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
- Current Police Clearance (or willing to obtain one)
- Strong work ethic, reliability and a commitment to workplace safety
