We’re now looking for a confident and experienced Healthcare Scheduler to manage the coordination of our temporary workforce across various healthcare facilities.

About the Role
This full-time, permanent position is based in our conveniently located Perth CBD office. As a key member of our healthcare division, you'll be responsible for:

• Scheduling and managing temporary healthcare staff across public and private facilities
• Coordinating shift requests and ensuring all bookings are filled efficiently
• Maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Ensuring compliance with industry and internal standards
• Handling day-to-day rostering enquiries and resolving booking challenges
• Supporting the team with recruitment insights and feedback

• Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, rostering, or coordination
• Strong administration and systems skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
