HR Labourer
Location: O'Connor | Immediate Start | Temp-to-Perm | HR Licence Required
We are seeking a reliable HR Labourer for an immediate start, with a strong work ethic and hands-on experience using their HR licence.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for ongoing work and the potential for a long-term position.
The Role:
You will be working across residential and commercial projects, assisting with general labouring duties while also operating HR vehicles as required.
Duties will include:
- General labouring and site duties
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Driving and operating HR vehicles
- Assisting trades and operators on site
- Following daily instructions and site requirements
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
About You:
- Current HR Licence
- Previous hands-on HR driving experience is essential
- General labouring experience
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Well presented and professional
- Looking for ongoing, long-term work
Hours & Pay:
- O'Connor yard
- 6:00am arrival / 6:20am start
- Monday–Friday, approximately 55 hours per week
- Saturdays only occasionally required
- Pay rate in the $20s & $30s, depending on experience.
