About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to support our financial operations and ensure accuracy across budgeting, invoicing, and reporting. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys numbers, processes, and problem-solving—someone who wants to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with the Functions Lead to manage day-to-day finance functions including:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to support our financial operations and ensure accuracy across budgeting, invoicing, and reporting. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys numbers, processes, and problem-solving—someone who wants to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with the Functions Lead to manage day-to-day finance functions including:
- Preparing and managing expenditure budgets
- Conducting and reconciling financial transactions
- Creating and approving invoices in Xero and ShiftCare
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and NDIS regulations
- Producing regular expenditure and income reports
- Providing financial advice and support to managers
You’re organised, analytical, and thrive on accuracy. You take pride in keeping finances in order and can juggle multiple priorities with confidence.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- Experience in financial administration or accounting support roles
- Proficiency with Xero and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of financial compliance and confidentiality
- Current Police Clearance / NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Competitive salary ($75,000–$80,000 + Super)
