Final Trim Operator – Residential Earthmoving / Concrete

Location : O'Connor | Immediate Start | Temp-to-Perm | MR/HR Licence Required

We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Operator with a strong residential earthmoving or concrete background for an immediate start on a 10–12 week temp-to-perm basis, with the view to a long-term permanent position.

The Role:

You will be working across residential and small commercial projects, with a strong focus on precision and Final Trim, including:

• Final trimming house pads to  10mm
• Trimming sand and car parks to approximately  5mm
• Working with road base and limestone
• Reading house and commercial plans
• Using laser levels
• Setting out house pads
• Completing machinery pre-starts and following daily site instructions

Subdivision, roadway and general civil experience alone will not be suitable, this role specifically requires residential earthmoving or concrete experience.

• Strong Final Trim experience
• Confident using laser levels
• Able to read plans and set out house pads
• MR or HR Licence
• Well presented and professional
• Reliable and punctual

Hours & Pay

• 6:00am arrival / 6:20am start
• Monday–Friday, approximately   55 hours per week
• Saturdays only occasionally required
• $28–$30/hr to start, increasing to $30–$33/hr once proven
• Permanent opportunity with earnings of $100K+ super for established permanent team members.
