We are building our talent pool of experienced Registered Nurses to support a range of FIFO assignments across Western Australia.
Depending on the assignment, you may be responsible for delivering frontline medical care, managing workplace injuries and illnesses, supporting workforce wellbeing and contributing to the day-to-day operations of site medical clinics.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the site and assignment, responsibilities may include:
- Assessing and treating work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing appropriate clinical care.
- Conducting health assessments and supporting workforce wellbeing.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of site medical clinics.
- Providing occupational health and remote healthcare services.
- Maintaining accurate electronic patient records and incident reports.
- Working collaboratively with site personnel and operational stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, site procedures and safety requirements.
You are a safety-focused Registered Nurse with strong communication skills, sound clinical judgement and the ability to work effectively in remote or high-pressure environments.
Essential Requirements
- Nursing degree and current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Advanced Life Support certification (ALS1 or ALS2), where required.
- Intravenous cannulation competency.
- HLTPAT005 – Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing, where required.
- Current manual C-Class driver's licence.
- Strong computer literacy, documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to meet client pre-employment medical, screening and site clearance requirements.
Highly Regarded Experience
- Previous FIFO experience in mining or remote environments.
- Experience in emergency departments or intensive care.
- Occupational health, industrial nursing or remote area healthcare experience.
- Experience working independently in a site medical clinic.
- Current White Card, where relevant to the site.
