About the OpportunityWe’re seeking experienced FIFO Registered Nurses to provide high-quality on-site medical care across remote mining and industrial locations in Western Australia.
As the primary medical professional on site , you will play a critical role in managing emergency response , providing frontline clinical care , and supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of workers in a challenging and rewarding environment.
This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in autonomous, fast-paced, and remote settings .
Key Responsibilities

Deliver immediate assessment and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses

Respond to on-site medical emergencies with confidence and clinical expertise

Promote health, safety, and wellbeing through site-wide wellness programs
-
Oversee daily operations of the site medical clinic , including medical supplies and equipment

Maintain accurate electronic clinical records and documentation
Requirements
To be successful in this FIFO nursing role, you will need:

Previous FIFO nursing experience
-
Minimum 18 months’ experience in Emergency or Critical Care
-
Experience in a remote, mining, or industrial environment
-
Bachelor of Nursing
- AHPRA Registration (Division 1)
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
-
HLTPAT005 – Drug and Alcohol Specimen Collection
-
Class C Manual Driver’s Licence
-
IV Cannulation competency
-
Strong documentation and computer skills
Highly Regarded Qualifications

Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response
-
Trauma Nursing Course (e.g., TNCC )

Audio and Spirometry
