Our client in Welshpool is on the lookout for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join their team ASAP. If you’ve got solid supervisory experience and a background in fabrication - especially with earthmoving equipment - this could be for you.

About the role:
As the Fabrication Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop, covering fabrication, profiling, and painting activities. Your role will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of tradespeople and apprentices
- Ensuring a strong safety culture and compliance with WHS standards
- Managing workflow, quality assurance, and resource planning
- Building strong client and supplier relationships
- Identifying and implementing process improvements in line with lean principles
- $60ph + penalties (paid weekly)
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Trade qualification: Certificate III Engineering - Fabrication (or equivalent)
- Proven supervisory experience in a fabrication/manufacturing environment
- Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
- Forklift ticket
- Driver’s Licence
- Solid computer skills for planning, reporting, and communications
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
