- Experience in a similar role, ideally within local government
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with systems such as TechnologyOne is highly desirable
- Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and work collaboratively in a team environment
