About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive Depot Operations and Stores Officer to join a busy operations team. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, including stock control, yard work, machinery operation, and customer service.
Key Duties
- Receive, inspect, and store stock items safely and accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records.
- Operate machinery including forklifts and front-end loaders.
- Keep yard and shed areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist with admin tasks and customer service at the depot gate and counter.
- Support occupational safety and health initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow systems and procedures with attention to detail.
- Experience in stores, stock control, or depot operations (desirable).
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence and Forklift Licence (mandatory).
- Front End Loader licence or willingness to obtain.
