Are you a commercially astute professional with a passion for property strategy and revenue optimisation? Our client in the Perth Hills region, is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead strategic property initiatives that strengthen financial sustainability and optimise their property portfolio.
About the Role
Reporting to the Program Manager Property, you will:
- Lead negotiations for shared use agreements with government and education stakeholders , ensuring equitable outcomes and improved commercial terms.
- Develop and implement a Telecommunications Property Strategy to attract investment and establish new revenue streams.
- Expand outdoor advertising opportunities across key strategic sites.
- Apply strong commercial and financial acumen to contract management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
- Prepare business cases, reports, and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, property, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering commercial property or related projects.
- Strong project management experience including budgeting, financial reporting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively across dynamic teams.
- Current WA ‘C’ class driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Perth Hills region.
