ChoiceOne is partnering with a leading community healthcare provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Nurse with Oncology expertise for a home-based oncology and haematology infusion role.

About the Role
In this position, you will:
  • Deliver in-home oncology and haematology infusions, ensuring safe, high-quality care
  • Work autonomously while supported by a specialist clinical team
  • Conduct advanced clinical assessments and manage IV therapies
  • Provide compassionate patient education and support, helping patients and families feel informed and confident in their care
  • Contribute to best-practice, community-based healthcare delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
We are looking for a nurse who is clinically skilled, compassionate, and confident. You will have:
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in oncology nursing
  • Contemporary oncology nursing knowledge and skills
  • Peripheral cannulation (essential)
  • Proven experience with CVAD management and IV cannulation
  • Ability to complete and maintain eviQ competencies
  • ADAC competency
  • Advanced clinical assessment skills
  • Community-based nursing experience (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence using clinical IT systems
  • Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Current driver’s licence with driving experience
  • Current AHPRA registration
