We’re looking for two specialist  Civil Supervisors to join a local council works team. 

You’ll be working closely within the service delivery team, managing and maintaining the City's assets, ensuring safety is embedded within all operating practices. 

With two roles on offer, we are looking for an Asphalt, Concrete and Bridges Specialist, along with a Drainage and Sweeping specialist, although an overarching experience would be suitable. 

What will the role entail?

• Leadership and management of your team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. 
• Assisting the Civil Operations Lead with management and planning, execution and delivery of an array of assigned programs. 
• Collaboration with Contractors, Supervisors and City officials. 

What we are looking for:
An experienced individual in civil construction, ideally within a supervisory or leading hand position, with a strong focus and ability to lead crews. You should have a clear understanding and capability to implement and adhere to strict safety and compliance standards, along with budgeting preparation and management experience.

• HR Driver’s Licence

• White Card

• Traffic Management tickets (desirable)

• Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
