Civil/Concrete Labourer
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Civil Labourer to join a busy local council maintenance team based centrally in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with excellent work-life balance and stable hours in a supportive team environment.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in civil construction, road maintenance, landscaping, or general maintenance works who takes pride in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Daily Duties May Include:
- Paving works including lift and relays, reinstatements, and new installations
- Minor concrete works including footings, repairs, and patching
- Brick and block repairs
- Minor asphalt maintenance and repairs
- Drainage and general civil maintenance works
- Operating small plant and tools
- General labouring and maintenance duties across council assets and infrastructure
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- Construction White Card
- Current MR Driver’s Licence minimum (HR highly regarded)
- Previous experience in civil construction, road maintenance, or local government environments
- National Police Check
- Ability to work safely both independently and within a team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour tasks
