Overseeing daily civil construction and maintenance activities

Supervising staff and contractors on-site

Coordinating resources, schedules, and safety compliance

Ensuring works are delivered to high quality and safety standards

Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and the public
? What You’ll Bring
- Cert IV in Civil Construction Supervision (or equivalent qualification)

Solid leadership and HR management experience

Strong background in municipal civil construction and maintenance

In-depth understanding of WHS legislation and safe work practices

Excellent time management and communication skills
-
Current Class C Driver’s License
