Civil Works Lead – Perth-Based | Join a Dynamic Team

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Civil Works Lead to join their high-performing team in Perth. If you’re passionate about leading civil infrastructure projects and collaborating with key stakeholders, this could be the ideal role for you!

About the Role:
As a Civil Works Lead, you'll be at the helm of a talented team, overseeing the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects that directly impact the community. You'll ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to drive operational excellence in civil infrastructure projects.
  • Manage, monitor, and update service programs and budgets for civil works activities.
  • Provide technical advice and direction on procurement and resourcing.
  • Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team.
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and social responsibility in every project.
  • Liaise with local government, contractors, and other partners to ensure project alignment.
About You:
  • Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in civil infrastructure, specifically in road construction, maintenance, drainage, and traffic management.
  • Proven leadership experience within operational management or project management.
  • Ability to lead teams through complex, high-pressure situations while delivering results.
  • A strong focus on safety and sustainability, with a track record of driving initiatives that improve outcomes in these areas.
  • Experience working with local government is desirable, but not essential.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: $108,000 – $134,000 + super + vehicle + phone & laptop.
  • Position: Permanent, Full-time.
  • Work with a collaborative team delivering impactful infrastructure projects across construction, drainage, concreting, and asphalt.
