We have an opportunity for a Chief Radiographer to lead and manage a hospital site in Bunbury, Western Australia

- Salary range of $130,000 - $140,000

- This is a hand’s on role so you will be able to participate in clinical work
- Radiologists on site daily

Position Details
- Your key responsibility will be to ensure the Department is delivering top quality, efficient imaging services to patients and referrers
- Lead and support the daily operations of Radiographers and Clinical support staff.
- Manage the clinical roster
- Ensure safe use of all imaging equipment, spotting an issues / faults and resolving them
- Help with expanding the Radiology service
- Oversee Quality Assurance
- Working closely with Radiologists, area supervisors and the rest of the team
Key Requirements
- Hold current AHPRA Registration, possess or be willing to get a WA Radiation Licence and have work rights
- Have leadership experience, be able to supervise other staff and train/teach staff.
- Demonstrate a high level of technical ability in CT, Fluoro, Angio, X-ray and DEXA and know RIS/PACS systems inside and out
- Have outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals
