What You’ll Do
As the Business Development and Strategy Manager, you will:
- Lead and implement growth strategies to exceed sales targets and business goals
- Identify and develop new opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement
- Build and manage strong client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor
- Oversee proposals, contracts, and tenders , ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored health and safety solutions
- Track and report on KPIs , sales forecasts, and business development activities
- Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to stay ahead in the market
- Inspire and lead your team , encouraging high performance and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in business development and strategic management
- Strong track record of driving business growth and managing high-value client accounts
- Expertise in market analysis, forecasting, and planning
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong client relationships
- Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach
- Experience in health, safety , or related sectors is a plus
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a passion for creating value
