Key Responsibilities-
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements

Assist senior lawyers with legal research and complex transactions

Attend client meetings and contribute to business development initiatives

Support compliance, risk management, and corporate governance matters

4 years’ post-admission experience in commercial or corporate law

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
