Due to the award of new contracts, ChoiceOne Recruitment is seeking motivated Assistants in Nursing (AINs) and Nursing Students to join our busy specialist healthcare teams.

Work as a casual Assistant in Nursing (AIN) supporting teams across public and private acute hospitals throughout Perth Metro .
Choose AM, PM, or Night shifts , work 6–12 hour shifts , and enjoy the flexibility to fit work around your lifestyle while gaining valuable hands-on clinical experience.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Acute Care)
OR completion of at least 50% of a Bachelor of Nursing (currently enrolled) - A sound understanding of infection control principles
- Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Must have experience working in a hospital environment
- Total flexibility – work the days and shifts that suit your lifestyle
