ChoiceOne is a preferred supplier to multiple Local Government councils across Perth.

We have a variety of temporary assignments both North and South of the river, including administration, customer service, planning, and community development roles.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors at reception and manage incoming calls
  • Prepare, organise, and store information in paper and digital formats
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and book rooms
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Liaise with staff across all departments
  • Take meeting minutes and prepare letters/reports
  • Perform data entry and maintain office systems
  • Coordinate post and deliveries
Skills & Experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High-level customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Previous Local or State Government experience is h ighly desirable
