We have a variety of temporary assignments both North and South of the river , including administration, customer service, planning, and community development roles.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors at reception and manage incoming calls
- Prepare, organise, and store information in paper and digital formats
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and book rooms
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Liaise with staff across all departments
- Take meeting minutes and prepare letters/reports
- Perform data entry and maintain office systems
- Coordinate post and deliveries
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High-level customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Previous Local or State Government experience is h ighly desirable
