Simone Van Heurck - Manager - HR & Retention Services

With over fifteen years experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, Simone heads up ChoiceOne’s HR Services division. With a focus on retention strategies, Simone has a wealth of knowledge in HR practices and procedures in both the public and private sectors as well as at Executive level.

Simone is responsible for the completion of all public sector requirements including selection and recommendation and classification Completion of high level public sector roles including working with the Public Sector Commission Provision of private sector consulting and advice in relation to recruitment systems and processes, performance management systems, organisational structures and culture management.

Simone gained her Masters in Business Management at UCLA, and is an accredited psychometric test facilitator and assessment centre provider for McQuaig, DISC and SHL. Simone is a crucial component of the strategic Management Team responsible for training and development, and culture management.
