Marg Van Heurck - Founder and CEO

Marg Van Heurck founded ChoiceOne in the 1980s, and for the past twenty-five years, has grown the boutique consultancy into one of the longest-standing recruitment businesses in Western Australia.

From the outset, Marg’s vision was to develop a recruitment consultancy that provided an advisory approach to clients’ human capital requirements. She was one of the first recruitment consultancies to establish a human resources arm, introducing into the business model the ‘science’ behind people retention through engagement, performance and productivity.

Marg is ‘hands-on’ in the business and leads the Management team in continuing to strategically develop ChoiceOne into a sustainable business amongst today’s ever-changing landscape. She also continues to mentor, develop and coach ChoiceOne’s recruitment consultants to advocate her philosophy on recruitment and retention.

With a career in recruitment spanning more than thirty-years, Marg’s in depth experience in the industry has enabled ChoiceOne to develop into a recognised recruitment brand.
