COVID-19 has meant that as a company and a society we have had to make some changes in how we operate and we have adapted our processes accordingly.
Working from Home
We have taken immediate steps to enable our consultants to work from home and majority of our consultants are currently doing so. As a precaution we implemented an immediate policy to avoid all face-to-face meetings wherever possible. Our consultants have a suite of impressive technologies in place enabling teleconferencing, videoconferencing and other workplace efficiencies which will help us continue to deliver the services as per usual with minimal disruption.
All candidates now are interviewed via videoconferencing.
Where our offices are in use by our consultants, we have implemented greater hygiene and precautionary measures to prevent transmission of the infection. We are employing more frequent cleaning and sterilisation of all doors, surfaces and desk equipment.
Our response to the pandemic is intended to ensure minimal interruption to our clients. Our team will continue to work on your matters as usual, with access to our usual resources at our disposal.
We are regularly monitoring the advice of the health authorities and Australian Government to ensure we stay up to date with all appropriate measures for the benefit of our people, clients and community.
