Jim Collins’ Good to Great research is arguably one of the most well-known business improvement concepts in the world. The book was released in 2001 after four years of academic research. In all that time only 11 companies qualified as being great and the research documented the common attributes.
HR Coach has taken the step of aligning what they do every day with this research to give businesses an avenue to become great. So much of what Collins discovered involved aligning the right people with the right strategy and focusing on opportunity.
