ChoiceOne is seeking compassionate and experienced RNs to work with clients living with disability across Perth and surrounding suburbs. This is your chance to provide critical support while building empowering, respectful relationships.

 About the Role:

• Provide nursing care in disability group homes, supported independent living (SIL), or community settings

• Monitor health needs and administer treatments for individuals with complex care requirements

• Support clients with tracheostomies, PEG feeding, ventilator support, or mobility needs

• Collaborate with disability support workers and allied health teams

• Choose from AM, PM, and Night shifts – 7 days a week

• A team player who works collaboratively with families and care teams

• Strong communicator with an empathetic, respectful approach

• Committed to maintaining dignity, autonomy, and choice for every individual

 Skills & Experience:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Minimum 6 months paid experience as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in disability, community care, or high-complexity home support

• Mandatory experience in:

  • PEG feeding
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilator support
  • Dysphagia management

• Sound knowledge of infection control and manual handling protocols
