They have a wealth of experience in the Oil & Gas sector. Having major projects on vessels, as well as on shore. They have built their clients gadgetry, tested, repaired and maintained equipment all over the world.Currently they have an exciting opening in their head office located in Hazelmere. Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Perform procurement, including raising purchase orders, following up with suppliers regarding deliveries, negotiate prices and suppliers
  • Liaise with the organisation as required to ensure procurement is carried out in a timely manner
  • Control received invoices against purchase orders and delivered goods
  • Enter invoices into the accounting system
  • Perform process quality control of performed preservation, maintenance and repair activities
  • Raise work orders in the maintenance management system

 

Requirements:

  • 7 Years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills internally and externally
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft suite
