This fast paced and diverse role will require you to be fast thinking, highly organised and have excellent time management skills. Duties:Assisting with on boarding of blue collar staff Management of complex training matrix’sMobilisation of equipment to support periodic events such as campaigns and shutdownsCo-ordinating transition schedules for the movement of volumes of resources from gate to village/village to Workfront (Bussing, bus routes, bussing timetables)Establish and maintain relationships with Company contractors that support eventsAssisting with HR queriesScheduling and allocation of resourcesProcurement & issuing of PPEBooking & management of training courses Management and tracking of project KPI’sLiaising with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels Technical SkillsMust have Workflow experienceMobilisation Application: ERMS (advantageous)Flights applications: Enable Logistics            This type of position would suit a candidate with a Site Administrator or Project Administrator background.
