  • Build strong client relationships and engaging key stakeholders at all levels – gaining trust and respect from your client
  • Problem solving and trouble-shooting – delivering outstanding customer services at all times going ‘above and beyond’ to deliver results
  • Manage your own portfolio of existing clients along with generating your own leads and new business opportunities
  • Ensuring that all client kpi’s and service level agreements are adhered too and delivered in line with contractual obligations

The Successful Candidate:
