Choiceone are currently taking expressions of interest for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) Health Practitioners for upcoming positions in metro, regional and remote locations throughout Western Australia with opportunities to work within clinic and community settings.  The role of the Aboriginal Health Practitioner is to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary health care team to enhance and promote primary health care services and promote culturally appropriate care to individuals, families and communities.     • Chronic Disease
    • Care planning 
  • Dedication and passion to thrive in a variety of locations
  • Flexibility to work within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously
  • Current National Police Clearance 
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current CPR Certificate
