Our client provides high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across Western Australia, empowering participants to achieve their goals while fostering a culture of safety, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement. The Role:
They are seeking an experienced Service Delivery lead with a strong clinical background to provide Operational, Clinical, and Strategic leadership across their SIL services.
This multi-site role ensures exceptional participant outcomes, workforce capability, and compliance through clinical oversight, operational governance, and people leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple SIL houses, ensuring NDIS compliance and high-quality participant care.
- Provide clinical governance over medication management, infection control, risk management, and incident investigation.
- Mentor and develop HTLs, RNs, and other clinical staff to build capable, accountable teams.
- Lead workforce planning, rostering, and budget management across sites.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions promptly.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audit compliance, and policy implementation.

Maintain strong communication with participants, families, guardians, and allied professionals.

Ensure WHS compliance and promote a culture of safety across all sites.
- Clinical background (RN or allied health professional) with minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in disability, health, or community services is preffered but not essential.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and clinical governance.

Certificate IV or higher in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, clinical governance, and risk management.

Strategic, analytical, and people-focused leadership style.
