ChoiceOne is an approved Group Training Organisation (GTO), and is able to source and manage your apprentice and traineeship needs. Engaging a GTO is especially beneficial for small to medium business, as ChoiceOne takes on the employer and training obligations so you can get on with running your business.
There are over 200 apprenticeship and traineeships available in the automotive, building and construction, business, community, electrical, hospitality, manufacturing, metals and retail sectors.
We coordinate all the processes with stakeholders by recruiting candidates, identifying employers, organising training plans with Registered Training Organisations,(RTO’s) and work with the Australian Apprenticeship Service Network and Department of Training and Workforce Development to give employers and candidates the best chance of success.

Our assessment practices are intended to thoroughly evaluate a potential apprentice/trainee’s suitability and the likelihood of success. Processes include behavioural questioning, aptitude tests, reference checking, psychometric and cognitive evaluation with the view of helping candidates develop the skills, interests and drive needed to have a positive impact on your business.
