We believe appropriate experience and qualifications is core in being able to deliver on our client’s requirements, therefore candidates must meet the following criteria:

Essential Requirements

  •  Minimum of 6-12 months working experience supporting people with disabilities
  •  Manual Handling
  • Medication competencies
  • Basic Life Support
  • National Police Clearance
  • Working with Children’s Check
  • Current “clean” Driver’s License

Highly Desirable

  •  PEG experience
  • Medication competency
  • Hoist
  • Vehicle Strapping
  • Certificate III in Disability Work or equivalent

If you do not have any of the above, you must be willing to arrange or refresh these requirements.

In return, we can offer shift flexibility, opportunities for regular work and a choice of locations with assistance in either Group Homes or 1:1 services.
