• $130,000 to $135,000 OTE

Our client, an international organisation with offices in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, is looking for the right candidate to assist and support the Human Resource Manager with operational and strategic Human Resource practices.

You will be responsible for implementing, coordinating and supporting the human resources strategies in line with set initiatives.  These include:

• Strong Organizational Development Skills
• Experience in Cultural Initiatives
• Company Frameworks
• Transformational Practices
• Training needs analyses
• Remuneration and Benefits
• Job Evaluations (with expertise in Hay Group)

As this is a generalist role with responsibilities across a wide range of HR areas, you will also be involved with;

• Recruitment and Selection
• Performance Management
• Employee / Industrial Relations
• Learning and Development
• Workforce Planning
• HR Technology
• Generalist HR activities
• Any other HR related duties as the position grows.

To be successful in this position you will have a minimum of 8 - 10 years experience within a generalist human resources role and a strong focus towards providing high levels of customer service to all clients. 

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant discipline is essential in this position, as well as the ability to relate to all levels of the business.
• Member of the Australian Human Resources institute (AHRI) is desirable.
• Demonstrated sound knowledge of HRIS systems and intermediate skill in the use of MS Office.
• A sound understanding of employment and workplace legislation in Australia is essential, with New Zealand and South Africa desirable.
