The company has an opportunity for a Mining Engineer to join the team in a fixed term contract (6 months) , working on a 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. This will be a diverse position, with responsibilities including:

• Day to day management of production targets
• Short term planning & scheduling
• Client liaison and claims management
• Providing technical support on site
• Supervision of junior engineers

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate:

• Proven experience working on Australian mining projects (8+ years)
• A Degree in Mining Engineering
• Quarry Manager’s Certificate will be highly regarded, though not a necessity
• Experience working with a mining contractor
• Strong communication skills
