Due to growth within the organisation, our client requires a Scheduler / Estimator for the House & Land Division. With residential projects valued anywhere between $130k and 350k, you will work on a variety of projects and have the freedom to manage your own desk.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be dealing directly with suppliers, clients and the building team. The role is suited to someone who wants to develop their career and enjoys working in a dynamic team.

To be successful, you will demonstrate;

• 4+ years within residential scheduling and estimating
• Team player attitude
• Attention to detail
• Problem solver
• BuildLogic experience
• Negotiation skills
