Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Our client, an international drilling company based in Perth CBD, is seeking a bright, energetic and eager to work individual to join their team.

Working in dazzling new offices, your role will be varied, and encompass Reception and Administration duties.

Your typical day will encompass:

  • Answering phones in a radiant and professional manner
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Liaising with travel agents to arrange travel and accommodation bookings
  • Electronic and hardcopy filing
  • Diary management of meeting rooms
  • Managing the upkeep of four flats
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office e.g. replenishing kitchen and stationary supplies
  • Administration duties
  • Any ad hoc duties as required

To be the face and voice of this international drilling company, you will need:

  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Excellent time management skills
  • An exceptional phone manner
  • The ability to direct calls to the relevant team members
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • An impeccable presentation
  • Intermediate-strong MS Office skills
