Our client, a leading Strata Management Consultancy based in Perth CBD, is seeking a highly driven and friendly Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join their vibrant team of professionals!
They are looking for someone who is helpful, has a great attitude, and who is able to slot into their jovial culture. Supporting a close-knit team of five, your main duties will include:
- Answering telephones in a friendly and professional manner
- Directing calls to the appropriate member of staff and managing messages
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Daily recordings of visits and the purpose of each visit into Strata Master
- Administrative duties
- Filing
- Any ad hoc duties as required
Checklist:
- Strata Master software experience
- An outgoing, vivacious personality
- Impeccable presentation
- A desire to hold a permanent, stable position
- Superb knowledge of MS Office
- A friendly and helpful attitude
