Our client, a leading Strata Management Consultancy based in Perth CBD, is seeking a highly driven and friendly Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join their vibrant team of professionals!

They are looking for someone who is helpful, has a great attitude, and who is able to slot into their jovial culture. Supporting a close-knit team of five, your main duties will include:

  • Answering telephones in a friendly and professional manner
  • Directing calls to the appropriate member of staff and managing messages
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Daily recordings of visits and the purpose of each visit into Strata Master
  • Administrative duties
  • Filing
  • Any ad hoc duties as required

Checklist:

  • Strata Master software experience
  • An outgoing, vivacious personality
  • Impeccable presentation
  • A desire to hold a permanent, stable position
  • Superb knowledge of MS Office
  • A friendly and helpful attitude
